Hi,

Anyone else running XA35s? We've had a few unexpected reboots of the devices recently. No warning, no alerts, just reboots itself. Not much in the error log to go on.
Just wondering has anyone else experienced this?
We're running firmware 3.6.0.26cf.

Cheers,
Andy

I know that there passed several months since then, but for the future reference, if you have probe enabled and you pass through DP very big XML files (hundreds of MB), it will reboot. Happened to me several times on XS40 and XI50, I guess it will happen on XA35 too.

Look at the throttle settings. If memory or storage gets too high it will reboot. This is probably due  to a memory leak. I would upgrade to a newer firmware.
